We applaud the efforts of local, regional and national organizations providing life-sustaining aid and support to the people and communities impacted by the storm. Our mission is to enhance the health and wellbeing of the counties we serve and providing funding to the local disaster relief efforts directly aligns with our core purpose.”
Wellspring Foundation Executive Director Sean McMurray added, “As we communicated with local county leaders to learn more about the extent of the damage, we quickly realized there was an immediate need for financial assistance. As a community partner, we felt strongly about helping those in our service region. We humbly offer our support to each county in hopes these funds will provide much needed supplies and repairs to individuals and families impacted by the storm. Our continued heartfelt thoughts and prayers to all those recovering from this damaging storm.” Each county has created a specific disaster relief fund which will receive the designated funds from the Wellspring Foundation to continue in their relief efforts.
